Hi Mike, I tried to download the Mastering The Melody lesson this morning and it stalled three times while attempting to download. Nothing downloaded and for some reason I was deducted 3 downloads from my 12 even though nothing got downloaded. This happened last month a time or two but I just let it go.
I started with 12 this month. It now says I have 9 and nothing has downloaded this month yet, just attempts . Can you please reset this to 12.
