  Mike what can i do with my left hand keep muting strings

    You’ll have to experiment with the angle of your left hand.
    
    It’s hard to say without seeing/hearing you play but my guess is your wrist is too close to the neck so your left hand fingering don’t have the correct angle so they’re muting the strings.
