I have a frailing banjo, with no 16th or 17th fret past the 2nd string. Do you have any suggestions regarding how to fret those higher notes for Part B? I do have a resonator banjo of my son’s around, so I could try that, but I love using my banjo most….

If you don’t have that many frets on your banjo I’d recommend trying to play the B Part in the lower octave.

You might have to rework it slightly but if you just subtract 12 frets from each number listed in the tab I provided you’ll see where the notes would be in the lower octave.

If you still have questions let me know.
