    If you’re playing backup for your own singing, are you still supposed to avoid hitting the melody of the song? It’s kind of hard to keep track of the tune if I’m not.

    I’m confused. I thought that when it was your turn (in a jam) to play a lead, that you should just play the verse. Are you also supposed to play the chorus with this one?
