As usual… complex but not complicated way of thinking ! Just awesome mindblowing tips.
To tame my bad student will to go faster while i still didn’t get full control, i spend 5 minutes each practice session where i go wild (speed related i mean, running naked is not part of mike’s teaching :p) without thinking of what i do. That’s allowing me to throw away this kind of “frustration” that’s building up while practicing somethig where you struggle =).
