  I’ve just downloaded this song and will start trying to learn it beginning tomorrow. Wish me luck and if there’s any pointers that you can give then that would help. Thank you.

  If you’re playing backup for your own singing, are you still supposed to avoid hitting the melody of the song? It’s kind of hard to keep track of the tune if I’m not.
